1. Do we have to write Petitioner's name/DOB and Benificiary's name/DOB on every single page of the supporting documentation you upload in the I-130 application online?

and how do I add that in a scanned document (pdf) if I don't have Adobe Pro? Sorry, not a computer savvy here..

2. For the presentation letter where you list the summary of the evidence docs, does it have to be formal with a short love story or simply "Dear Sir/Madam, below is the list of documents: ..."
