US Immigration from Morocco

So they're asking about the exact date MM/DD/YYYY a prior petition was filed. I filed one back in 2005, no clue what month or day.. I also filed 2 for my parents back in 2013, same story. Father passed.

Will this hurt my application? Especially when they throw this statement towards the end of the application:

"We encourage you to provide as many responses as you can throughout the application, to the best of your knowledge. Missing information can slow down the review process after you submit your application."

Last thing i want is a RFE for an exact date.. Please advise. TIA.

Hello! About a year into our AOS journey we moved to Texas. We already submitted the online form to report our address change.

However, I m wondering how it works when they move you to the new office. Does anyone know if you are put to the back of the queue based on your date you changed address. Or is it based on your original receipt notice? Just trying to estimate how much longer it will be . The Houston offices have a much longer processing time.

Can my fianc and I get married in another country and apply for the marriage visa? Someone had told me they HAVE to marry in Morocco as per Moroccan law but I m not sure if that s true or not. He isn t living in Morocco right now but he s not a permanent resident where he is. I m not sure if that matter either. Thanks

So I'm in the process of transitioning to WA while I still have my house back in CA. I'm planning to add a note to the reviewing officer in my cover letter about this.

that I'm currently in WA (I put my WA address as the most the recent physical address) and that intend to sell my house in CA within the next 3 months. For sake for consistency I'm using the WA address in all the forms (I-130A , I-129F). Will this open a can of worms? knowing that I don't have any utility bills in WA etc.. and honestly I'm reluctant to put my CA address as my recent physical address given the crazy processing times. I know you all will tell me that it will be sent randomly to any CS, etc.. but (1) a good percentage of applications don't get transferred, (2) the I-129f gets sent by mail to the CS having jurisdiction over your address, and again a good portion don't get transferred..

Thoughts?

Just wondering if you guys brought actual photos to the interview at the consulate or printed them out. Printing them out is more convenient but the look of real photos is nice I think, like in an actual photo album. Just curious what you guys did. Thanks a bunch!
