US Immigration from Morocco

Hello,
I was wondering if Direct Consular Filing is available in Morocco? I am a US citizen, newly wedded with my Moroccan husband residing in Casablanca, currently undergoing the process of obtaining carte sejour. I intend to live in Morocco with my husband until a green card is issued. How do I go about the process for filing a DCF? How do I go about filing petitions outside of the US?

When I visit the CEAC website, my case status says "Ready" but it has been like that since February 10th and we still haven't heard back anything from the consulate about an interview date.

I would like to hear about your experiences getting an interview date through this consulate. Does it take a long time? Because I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

I received a message from the NVC this morning that requested that I (the petitioner) must submit all 2021 W2s. I have submitted the requested documents. My question is how long does it take for them to review the newly submitted documents? Please help.

My husband (in Morocco) and I (in the states) submitted all docs to NVC yesterday. In the beginning of the application process on the CEAC (Consular Electronic Application Center) stated "If your case is processing electronically, please scan and email your documents to NVCElectronic@state.gov". This confused me as we submitted the documents on the website.

While researching the information, I found "only email documents if instructed. Submitting documents by email when not instructed to will delay the processing of your case."

So now I am not sure what to do. I don't want to email if it is redundant and will delay our case. I am second-guessing this now. Should we email even if we submitted online? I can't find a single piece of information on this anywhere. Did anyone else do this? Help or guidance would be appreciated!! Ty!!

Hello, my fianc is from Morocco and lives in Turkey as a student. She is a third country national and I saw in a form that you have to be a citizen or have permanent residency in Turkey or you have to go through special steps as a Third Country National. Please help me know if this is still the case.
