Hello,

I decided to paper file as Married Filing Separately for Federal since my spouse doesn't have a SSN or an ITIN, for some reason the state that I live in (Delaware) requires Taxpayer ID or SSN for both spouses for filing as Separate, would it be okay to file as Married filing Separately for federal and as Single for Delaware, I don't qualify for filing as Head of Household and filing as Single doesn't seem right to me, so i'm kinda in a limbo about this state status. Any insights would be appreciated.

Hey Guys , I m in NVC stage , so i wanna Ask you Guys about Proof of Us Domicile my Sponsor Send me his License Driver But he Has an Old Address on it , i have his Water bill with New address but it s in Spanish So I m Confused about what i can Use !

so Guys it s fine if we Use the Driver licenses or i need to translate the water Bill to English and then i can use it

I have a silly question, so I made it to the state feb 2021 and when I was issued my residency card I had expiration date of ten years, does that mean I'm good on removing conditions or should I still file soon?
