US Immigration from Morocco

Nov. 2021 ROC filer, but tired of waiting for interview date, so I'm thinking of filing N-400 while I-751 is still pending. Do you guys recommend I file online or paper? Any difference/preference? Also is there a field where I need to mention/specify that I'm waiting on ROC interview? Thx

I checked the status of my husbands i485 today and saw Interview Cancelled And Notice Ordered the history shows the same day a notice stating the interview was ready to be scheduled was posted. See image below.

we had an interview date back in feb this year but had already moved out of state and uscis hadn t processed our move paperwork fast enough. So it s been a status of rescheduled for a long time.

obviously the notice will provide more information and hopefully we should be getting it soon, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything similar and what the outcome was?

so our JOINT SPONSOR told us he had sponsored a person Before he is now USC CITIZIEN so what we gonna do ? we put 0 or 1

My husband received his AOS approval notice today. Once his card comes in, is there a certain period of time that you are allowed to travel ? We plan to travel back to his home county for 1-2 months, will he only need his green card and passport? Is 1-2 months allowed ?

Is there any specific documents that should be kept from now until his ROC? For example does USCIS really need 3 years of water/sewer bills, or can you just pick a few to show joint financial needs? We have quite a few things together but I m curious if every document from beginning is truly needed.

Me and my wife sent i-130 and i-485 to USCIS in Texas. when we are living just 1 hour from chicago.

the USCIS in Texas rejected our both forms i-130 and i-485 saying :

The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. Please review the form Instructions for fee information.

Please resubmit the application/petition package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page.

Based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. please resubmit your application with the proper documentation to the address listed on the bottom of this notice.

The following documents may be provided:

*your original Form I-130

*your original form I-140

*your original Form I-360

*A copy of your Form I-797,(Notice of Action) if the I-130, I-140, I-360, or I-526 petition has already been filed/approved; or

*Other evidence that an immigration visa petition has been filed/approved or your behalf.

--- I think we should not combine the amount in one check but we will fix this.
