US Immigration from Morocco

When I sent the joint sponsor documents to the consulate in 23 mars and they did update my case in 4 april and still ready and Yesterday they did again update but is still ready so do u think they not accept my document and they not give me visa I'm so confused

i need to help i don t know what to do at this point i got naturalized 3 days after my newborn baby and i can t transmit my citizenship to him cuz he born before i got naturalized

by the way i filled i 130 for my wife back on june 2022 but her petition still pending didn t get approved yet so my question is what to do about my son he is 2 months old , should i file i 130 or him as well or what is the process for this kind of case

Anyone got DQ d in February and received their interview letter?

I got DQ d on feb 8.

Im asking for the confirmation from people who had the experience of traveling/airport connection since my husband is really stressed over it.

I've read through forums and France visa website yet my husband still doesn't believe me. LOL

We are going to visit Morocco again since 2020. Our flight itinerary shows a long layover in France. My husband is worried that if he doesn't have a Schengen or airport transit visa, he will be denied at the flight. SMH

I also wanted to stay at the hotel inside the airport until it's time to board the flight to Morocco. My husband said it's not doable with him being LPR.

I can't remember how it went last time at the airport but it was during the emergency flight back in Morocco to London in 2020.

Anyone care to reassure my husband?

I read that LPR do not need an airport transit visa, if I'm not mistaken?

I received an RFE yesterday stating that my marriage certificate didn t meet country requirements. However the original marriage certificate has everything they re asking about. It was prepared by the adoul, it has all the required signatures and judges stamp and signature. I also have the English translation! They said it needed to be an Aakd Zawaj?? I m feeling so stressed can someone help me?
