Hey guys i wanna ask my joint sponsor in his amount you owe part in tax transcript its like 24.000$ is that gonna be a problem in the my interview day? His income is 100.000$ in tax transcript and in 1099 is 244.000$ and i dont think he is having a payment plan right so is that a problem

Hey guys i wanna ask u my wife the petitioner live with her stepfather in the same mailing address but she is living in house mobile separately but still in the same property of the her stepfather so the question is he file us i864 as a joint sponaor not i864a as household and we get DQ at the NVC but i am worried in the consulate if they told me why they have the same address and he file i864 not i864a i am afraid to get refused for that in the Casablanca embassy

fiancee went to doctor appointment , did all medical exams and shots, at the end of her visit she told her good luck to you on your visa process, but she never gave her no paperwork or receipt proving that she did the medical exam.

so my question is how does that go, do doctors transmit that in the system or by mail to the consulate?

don't you have to bring with you proof of medical exam at the day of the interview?

Hello , I filled the petition I 130 for my wife on November 2024. Since then i haven t heard anything or received any other documents except the receipt notice .
any ideas ?

could you please help with this question here and if you or someone you know had a similar experience.

my US citizen brother filed 1-130 for my other beneficiary brother in 2008/2009 and recently got a letter from NVC for him to pay fees and upload documents.

The beneficiary was single at that tike when I-130 was filed. However, he got married about 2 years ago (no children yet) and we were under impression that we will update immigration/consulate by the time visa is available for home (now).

while researching how to add dependent (wife). I am reading some information that it should have been updated once the change happened or file new i-130?

can any one confirm or explain furTher?

also if that s right, what complications to have moving forward?
