I filed the Affidavit of Support i-864 previously for her k-1 visa. Do I have to make an entirely new i-864 for the AOS I-485 Application?

Hello everyone I just wanted some insight on the form I-912. First is it a good idea to even file for it and if so do you do it before or during the time you file for the adjustment of status? Lastly, Me and my fianc got married already and we want to know do we have to file right away for the green card or are we allowed to wait?

Is my soon to be wife able to use sportsbooks? I matched bet (promos, both side errors. etc.) so it is always profitable and I was wondering if this would be considered "work" for her and disqualify her from further citizenship proceedings. Additionally, she does not have a credit card or bank account yet and I wonder how we go about getting those since she is a non-citizen.

Hello everyone I hope everyone is well. My fianc came here from Morocco the beginning of last month on a K1 visa. We are getting married next week but I wanted some help as I am confused. I saw on a YouTube video that he needs health insurance in order for us to file for the AOS. Is this true? Also I saw that he can not have Medicaid but the health gov website states he can, can someone please explain. We used a cosponsor because I am a full time college student and I want to know what we should be doing next about this. We are in NYC if that helps any.
