Hey, all. My fianc and I received our NOA2 mid-June. It's taking 60-90 days for shipping to DOS/NVC. My fianc (beneficiary) was living in Turkey, so we had Ankara as embassy for interview. My fianc has since moved back to his home country of Morocco, and we need to update the location to the consulate in Casablanca. I keep looking online (USCIS website, groups I'm in, etc.) but am unsure of when or where is the most appropriate time/entity to notify of this change. I did a PI and of course as NVC has not received it yet, they said they cannot locate the case and will "work with USCIS" (it's been two weeks and heard nothing back). Is anyone able to assist with how to go about changing this to minimize delay? We really don't want it going to the Ankara embassy and then taking longer to transfer. Thanks in advance.

My fianc and I FINALLY received word that his interview is scheduled for the first week of Sept. 2025. We have submitted the DS-160 and have scheduled the medical exam, but I am so confused as to how to pay the fee online, when going through the Moroccan Embassy it ask you to create an account which my fianc did and then to choose what visa is paying for, we choose the "Non-immigrant Visa, K1 Visa, once we put in all the information it requested, his info plus the # on the DS-160, it took us on how we would want to pick up the material, we clicked on pickup which is near the Embassy of Casablanca, then it takes us to part on how we would like to pay, we chose to pay cash, but then we get stuck there and confused to what to do next. The letter we received states the following "The total fee for an immigrant visa is $265. payment must be made using local currency. You can pay your fee only at Cash Plus or online using your www.ustraveldocs.com profile." There is no option on paying on the day of the interview. The thing is that we already have the interview scheduled and this system is to pay the Visa and to schedule for the interview, so I am confused on that as well. When we click on Click here to pay by cash, we are sent to another website and not sure if we should be filling that out and submitting. Some please Help!!!!

All...I received the following from the NVC inquiry: "The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition from U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services. Your NVC case number is XXXXXXX. Due to your petition type, you will not receive a request for fee payment or document submission." Does this mean I do not do anything with CEAC? Do I now have to wait for them to send my petition to the embassy? I tried logging into the CEAC and it asked for an invoice number. I am so confusion.

It states on the NVC website: "If a visa is not available because of statutory limits on the number of visas, NVC cannot schedule your interview." Does anyone know the number of visas granted to each country by the U.S.? Or a website that might have that information?

Hi everyone. My husband came to the U.S. on a K-1 visa in 2023, but we have been separated for two months due to realizing that he used me to get to the US. He moved out and now has his own apartment. Despite this, he claims he can move back into my house and that I have no choice because I m responsible for him. He has a job and can afford to live on his own but he's frustrated that he has to be an adult and has to cook for himself. Will I face any issues with USCIS if I refuse to let him move back in?
