US Immigration from Iran

Hi,

My girlfriend is living with me with a F1 visa, We plan to get married in July, Since F2A is "Current " now.

Can I fill I-130, I-485 together?

or should I do the I-130 first, Wait for the receipt, Then fill the i485?

Please advise.

My fianc and I applied for the K1 Visa. He s from Iran so we re in Administrative Processing to see if we qualify for a waiver under the Presidential Proclamation 9645. We have been waiting over a year now.

Any petitioners like myself move from the USA to be with their fianc in another country? Would that effect our case being that I d need to be able to financially support him when he gets the ok to move here?

Any help suggestions and advice would be helpful. Thanks everyone.

IM US CITIZEN AND GETTING MARRY TO IRANIAN . THERE IS NOT A US EMBASSY IN IRAN . so i have to apply in Ankara turkey . i am filing cr1 do i have to have a turkey marriage certificate when im applying or Iranian marriage certificate works ???
