My wife's mom will be applying for a tourist visa to visit us. However she's often flying back and forth between India and Australia. She's an Indian national. She's currently in Australia visiting her other daughter who just had a baby. I think she plans to be there until May 2023. Since the interview can be anytime in the next year or so I'm not if she'll still be in Australia or India when it's time to interview. Will the system allow me to pick two embassies?

Hi, I am a US passport holder and I just renewed my passport to a new book. My India visa is in the old passport which I also have in hand. Would I be able to travel to India with the India visa in the old passport?

Our K1 was approved today!

interview took 5 minutes and only 3 questions:

1. How did you meet?

2. Has petitioner been married in past?
3. What are your wedding plans?

The Officer only asked to see wedding plans documents.

The officer was very professional and nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable and less nervous.

Hi , we filed for AoS in Jan and already did our bio appointment in Mar.

this month we received a 2nd appointment notice for biometrics again.

is this normal , anyone else in similar situation who received a 2nd biometric appointment while their GC/EaD-AP card were pending?

My parents have visited the US multiple times on B1/B2 Visitor visa over the last 15 years, never overstayed. Based on that context, trying to understand how to answer these questions on I130 online application under the 'Your Beneficiary' --> 'Immigration Information' section:

Q. Was the beneficiary EVER in the United States

A. Yes

Q. What was the beneficiary's date of Arrival ?

A. should this be the last time the beneficiary came to the US ? or should this be left blank ?

Q. When does the beneficiary's authorized stay expire ?
A. the beneficiary is not in the United states at the moment, so should this be left blank ? or should this be answered in the context of last time the beneficiary came to the US ?

Appreciate any feedback.
