Can I wait till interview for I693 ?

I am married to my spouse who is a USC and filed for I-130 and I-485 in May 2022. When sending out my documents, I didnt send out the I-693 as I was still searching for vaccination documentation and planned on presenting it during the interview. I recently received two RFE's.

1. RFE for Birth certificate. - I have fixed the problem and I am getting ready to send that out.

2. RFE for I693.

I wanted to know if I could only send the birth certificate to USCIS right now and wait until the interview to show I693. I am in doubt because the RFE letter states, if you send them incomplete documents, they will reject the case. Would not sending the I693 be considered sending incomplete documents or can I wait until I get an interview date to get I693 done.

is it possible to get a timeline for k1 visa processing for only cases where the beneficiary is from India. Are cases from India taking longer than other countries? Also is the processing time shown describing the time from application to visa approval or the time between each stage, for example Noc1 to Noc2 or till the interview date ?

Hello,

When I check the status of my OCI application to update OCI as I have a new passport now, I get this message
Your application has been rejected by competent authorities with remarks : RE-UPLOAD PHOTO SIGNATURE /WHITE BACKGROUND

When I try to re-upload the image it keep giving same message ( Your application has been rejected by competent authorities with remarks : RE-UPLOAD PHOTO SIGNATURE /WHITE BACKGROUND) . Do I need to submit a fresh application?

Hello VJ,

My fiance is coming to the US next month with K1. I heard the fees might be going up for AOS. So I wanted to get married fast and apply for AOS, how long should we wait to get married? I'm thinking like a week or so and going to court to get married. I'm in NY and if anyone knows the procedure to get married in NY please let me know.
