Hello everyone! I am a USC and I filed AOS for my son on Feb 7 2023 (He was born outside the country before I naturalized). Do you all know how good is the prediction on the EAD approval? The timeline prediction says it could be approved between June 19, 2023 and August 10, 2023. We had also applied for SSN along with AOS, do we get it after the EAD gets approved or we need to wait for 485 to get approved. Thanks for all your help!

My Fiance came here on K-1 visa and we got married, I am mailing the I-485(Immediate Relative (Spouse) Family Based Adjustment of Status) in a few days. In the meantime, since we got married we can apply on healthcare.gov for coverage, but it is asking for her immigration status and i don't know what to put Quote Learn more about eligible immigration status Select Yes if this person has any of these eligible immigration statuses: - Lawful permanent resident (LPR/Green Card holder)
- Asylee

- Conditional entrant granted before 1980
- Battered spouse, child, or parent
- Victim of trafficking and their spouse, child, sibling, or parent
- Special Immigrant Visa holders from Iraq or Afghanistan
- Granted Withholding of Deportation or Withholding of Removal, under the immigration laws or under the Convention against Torture (CAT)
- Individual with non-immigrant status (including worker visas, student visas, and citizens of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau)
- Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
- Deferred Enforced Departure (DED)
- Deferred Action Status (Exception: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) isn't considered an eligible immigration status for health coverage through the Marketplace)
- Lawful temporary resident
- Granted an administrative stay of removal by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
- Member of a federally recognized Indian tribe or American Indian born in Canada
- Resident of American Samoa
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status
Or, if they're an applicant for one of these: - Temporary protected status with employment authorization
- Special Immigrant Juvenile Status

- Legalization under Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) with approved employment authorization
Note: - Deferred Action Status (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)) isn't considered an eligible immigration status for applying for health coverage.
- Applicants for asylum or for withholding of deportation or removal under the immigration laws or under CAT are eligible for Marketplace coverage only if employment authorization has been granted, OR the person is under 14 and has had an application pending for at least 180 days.
Or individuals with approved employment authorization and these: - Registry applicants

From Jan 2022 to Jan 2023.., finished 208 days total outside the US in 2 seperate trips each lasting less than 180 days ( 43 days first time and 165 days the second trip due to mom suffereing from cancer and lives alone ). About to apply for naturalisation in December based on 4 year 9 months rule of GC. Have to make another short 10 day trip to check on mom's health/ cancer status. Will it make me ineligible for applying for naturalisation since it will add 10 more days to my already exceeded timeline outside the US? Any guidance will be truely appreciated.

I filed online I130 petition on 17th January 2023 and got the receipt online in mail on same day on 17th January 2023 starting with "IOE" receipt number mentioning "This notice confirms that USCIS received your application or petition ("this case"). Nowhere on the online receipt "I-797" is mentioned. And also I did not receive any physical mailbox notice copy. Then status changed to "Actively Reviewing" on 9th March 2023. So my questions are: 1. Whether I should consider NOA1 data as 17th January 2023 or 9th March 2023? 2. Whether USCIS do not mention "I-797" anywhere in the receipt notice? 3. For online I130 submission, whether USCIS do not send physical copy of the "I-797" receipt notice? Need this info for getting more clarity and tracking the i130 CR1 processing times in this forum.
