Hello there everyone, wanted to reach out and ask for information or any link that is helpful for my question. So my wife petition for her brother back in 2015 and recently her parents became US Citizen. The parents were wondering if it's a good idea to transfer the case under them and hoping to save some years off. If this is a good idea, please share what might be the process of getting this going? Brother currently in India and while in the waiting game, he got married. Parents are currently in California. Thank you all for your time, your help is greatly appreciated

I just saw that our AOS I-485 application (For child of US citizen) changed status to Request for Initial evidence sent in the online account. But, i dont see any documents attached. Will the actual evidence requested be sent over paper mail? I recently changed address and had filed a change of address as well. But, i am worried they may send the notice to my old address.

Do you all know if the RFIE notice gets added to the online account?

Hi, I am an Indian citizen and a green card holder and was planning to visit India with my family late this year. I was thinking about applying for an OCI card for my wife (as it has been more than 2 years since our marriage). Also I believe I can't apply for OCI for my stepson as GOI doesn't allow it for stepchild or adopted child, please correct me if I am wrong. So for my stepson applying for visa would be the only option, are there any options that I have missed and if not then would tourist visa would be the best one to opt for? Any guidance regarding this is highly appreciated, thanks in advance!

I have looked on the forum and did not see anything around how to prove that vaccinations have been taken. So asking this.

My fianc e is an Indian citizen and when she was vaccinated, record keeping was not a proper thing, so we don't have any vaccination records.

What can we provide to the physician on the US Immigration panel so that we can prove of having taken some vaccinations instead of re-taking the vaccines again?
