I have to apply for PCC at passport seva kendra, required at NVC stage. my question is can I request for PCC with current passport in which my i have my old address and now i am staying at a different address? someone told me that i have to apply for re-issue of passport if i want PCC at new address. Appreciate your support!!

hope you all are doing great....i just wanted to get clarification on how to change my port of entry for k1...when we file we put the POE as indiana...now since my fiance has moved i want to fly into chicago...will it be ok??? Or i have to fly into indianapolis...thank you all in advance

Hi all---

I'm wondering how long it took you to go from getting married to filing your AOS packet. Specifically in a COVID world I'm wondering how long it took to secure necessary documentation to prove a bona fide marriage & documents for the I-944.

I received RFE for I-130 for my mother to prove I'm her Child. Since my DOB certificate was produced back in 2001 which is 25 years later I was born. So USCIS asked to prove by providing older document and as much evidence as needed. So one of them is the affidavit by two people who know of my birth. Anyone has the format of the affidavit or faced similar situation please do respond how replied back to USCIS.

Hi all,

I'm applying for the Police clearance certificate (PCC) in India, we are required to do it on this website http://www.passportindia.gov.in/ (passport seva), the application asks for purpose of PCC. there are different options to click i'm confused which one to go (but sure option 4,5 and 6) kindly guide me exact option to choose

Purpose for PCC is required:

1.Citizenship Nationality application

2. Education/Research

3.employment visa/ work permit

4.immigration purposes other than work permit

5 Long term visa/stay

6. Residence permit

7. Tourist visa

8. Others.
