The i-130 form asks for petitioners current address and then address history for 5 years. My current address and address for last 5 years are the same. a) Do i still need to add the current address in address history if they are the one and same and if yes b ) in the address history section, what should i put as the end date of address since i am still residing there. Thanks everyone.

My husband had TB in 2007 and underwent full treatment in Guwahati and was cured of TB. He does not have any medical records from that time. When he first came to the UAE where we are now living he initially received an immigration ban because his chest Xray showed lung scars. Fortunately the following year he was allowed to return since the law was changed and during that time he has undergone numerous chest X-rays and sputum tests which have all turned up negative for TB. We know that at some point during the NVC/embassy stage he will have to undergo a sputum test and this will take 2-3 months. Since we know this in advance, how will it be scheduled? Since he lives in Guwahati which is a long distance away, we need to know how many times he will have to go there for the sputum test, results, medical exam, interview, etc. as each time he will have to fly there. Will the interview scheduling be postponed until after he gets the negative sputum test results? I believe he will only be cleared to travel for 3 months after the negative result so will he receive priority interview date?
