my mum is scheduled for her interview on nov 5 2024 and i have to schedule her bio metric but i think i selected wrong post visa category, i realized and didnt proceed. Now everytime i try to fix it by starting from step 1 i get below messages highlighted in BOLD.

I tried to correct my error but now its says that: There are multiple Open Applications for ContactID:

she has another application going on (the one i made mistake, selected LPR instead of IR5 under ALL IV),

Visa Information

MUMBAI IV
LPR
Lawful Permanent Residents

it gives me the option to close application and start new application but when i click on it, it gives me below message and i dont know what consequences will i face if i do that.

This action will permanently close any open applications, including Group or Emergency requests.
You can use your existing valid visa fee receipt to create a new application, and you can re-add your dependents.
Do you wish to proceed?
if i go to continue application it brings me to Interview Waiver where i stopped initially (when i realised i made a mistake) and then it asks me to select as below:
Are you a Legal Permanent Resident whose green card is lost or stolen AND have you been outside the United States for less than one year?

Note: I am applying for Boarding Foil (Lost or Stolen Green Card) interview. I completed the Form I-131A with all supporting documents and paid the I-131A filing fee through the USCIS online payment system.
Yes No

I have not yet selected any dates or paid any fees yet, i am stuck at interview waiver, any help will be much appreciated. Thank you,

My wife got her greencard in Oct 2023, it's good for 2 years(she got here on K-1 Visa incase anyone is wondering). Currently the processing times for I-751 are 31 Months....

Now here's where im confused, when am I supposed to apply for her renewal? Some say in 6 months before expiration but after seeing the 31 month processing times I got the application and evidence completed and ready to send now.

She travels back home (India) every year and I didn't want the expired greencard being an issue when she comes back to the USA.

I don't know why I didnt see this sooner but the website says I can only submit the renewal when theres only 90 days left on the expiration???

I just got everything done. Received my US passport, about 2 weeks after the oath ceremony and immediate passport application. My spouse who is on Medicare for his medical coverage, received some letter about coverage B. We are yet to reach out to his agent. However, we wondered if the joint taxes from the last year (we have been doing since 2020) caused his income to go up and triggered something about the Medicare. My main question is do we have to keep doing joint taxes? We want to find a good way where he doesn't have to compromise his Medicare coverages. Even if we need to file separately as married people. Thanks for your input.

N400 interview scheduled / I-751 pending

My wife recently got her N400 interview notice. It's scheduled in less than a month. However, her I-751 is still pending and the interview notice only mentions the N400. We had stated on her cover letter for her N400 application that her I-751 (Removal of Conditions) is pending and that she requests a combo interview for both the N400 and I-751 together. Her 48 month green card extension letter was attached as well to the N400 application. So do we assume that it will be a combo interview or do we need to write a letter to the field office to request them again for a combo interview? The N400 was filed online. Her I-751 case status shows fingerprints taken as of early 2023.

Hi All, I am filing my N400 right now and stuck with this section. I work and so does my husband, so we don't need to support each other financially. We have a 18mo old daughter who lives with us and we support her. But there is no document that I can think of which 'proves' that we support here. What to do here?

P.S. I am seeing this warning message if I try to skip this section: "You should provide evidence. If you do not provide evidence, your application processing may be delayed.:
