IR5 interview canceled

My dad had his interview scheduled on January 9 2025 at Mumbai consulate which got cancelled due to memorial of Jeremy Carter. We tried rescheduling as per the email we received and i am unable to do so. The initial email was received on January 2nd and we still have nothing. Tried calling the call center in India as well as the Mumbai consulate but no help. I learnt from other sources that the same happened to them but they have received a new email with a rescheduled interview date. Because i created around 4 cases to get help on the portal from https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ now they have blocked me. I am no longer able to access this link from computer. Tried accessing from my other computer and it worked fine.

Does anyone know a way to get this rescheduled. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you,

I-485 ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS

I have sent my mother's I-485 Adjustment of Status on Nov 22, 2024. USCIS has not cashed the check yet. I have sent a personal check and there is enough balance in the bacnk account. I am freaking out cause my mother's date to stay in US for 6 months was up on 7th of December 2024. I have sent the package in a priority mail. Is there anyone I can call or just need to wait?

Does anyone have any recent experience with Passport Agency? Do they immediately return the original naturalization certificate or do they mail it through USPS?

Overstayed Indian tourist visa

My husband s grandparents went to India with a tourist visa and unknowingly overstayed there. When they tried to fly back the flight company said that they overstayed and didn t let them fly back. Can anyone please suggest what they can do to get back to the States?

Is greencard still valid

My inlaws received their greencard thru my husband. They went back and forth from USA to India for few years. For the last 4 years they did not come- first due to covid and then my mother in law had significant health issues due to rheumatoid arthritis.
My husband is their only child and they desire to be with him now. Please advise do we file a petition again? Or is their greencard still valid?
