US Immigration from Greece

I came over on a K1 visa on Dec 1st, with a K1 and I will be out of status on Feb 28th

We called our local court on Dec 3rd, there are no available appointments until March!

So I will be out of status.

We asked the court to notify us of any cancellations, but no luck so far.

What alternatives do we have?

An officiant that costs $300 or if we get married after 90 days and file i-130 concurrently, that will cost $535 extra.

Hello everyone, I just have a question about the ds-160. My fianc e is filling out the ds-160 currently. She came to the question persons traveling with you. The question asks are there other persons traveling with you? I'm planning on traveling there a week before she plans on coming to the U.S.A. and we will travel back to USA together... so she answered yes to that question. Then it asked are you traveling as part of group or organization and she put no since it will be just her and I. Under the organization question it asks for who's traveling with her name and relationship to her. So I guess my question is since I'm going to her before hand should she answer yes or no to the persons traveling with her considering I'm not a group or organization? Just don't want to put wrong thing and cause delay or anything. Thanks in advance to any help with this question.

Interview is scheduled for my son under section 322 n600k.The notice saying that the U.S biological parent must attempt at the interview.Thats ok i will attend!They asked to have with me all the original evidence that i submitted online.But it doesn't say anywhere if my mother has to attend at the interview.Because my mother is the eligible person for the naturalization requirements.Does anyone know if she has to come with us at the interview?

NVC has accepted our I-864, but it was noted as insufficient. We missed filling out the "assets to supplemental income (bank saving)." Is it possible to edit or resubmit it in the NVC page? Do we just need to upload a new I-864? or should I upload a separate letter with an explanation?
