Hello everybody i'm wondering once my visa is approved and i fly into the U.S. would i have to quarantine where i landed in the states or could i take a connecting flight to my destination and then quarantine there as i would be living there?

obviously this is very complicated and things can change very quickly with the current covid situation but anyone's advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi all, My husband and I married in March. He just got his work visa a few weeks ago, TBD if he will get a job by end of year. That being said, is there anything he needs for when we file joint taxes in April 2021? Say from the UK government, etc? Does he need a record of how much he earned in 2019 in England or anything like that?

I was told that he can by people that have done it.. but now some people (on a different forum site)

have said they were advised by a lawyer not to since it could risk canceling or not getting our visa approved. we are just waiting for his interview

Medical not at Interview— Refused

Today my husband had his interview at the embassy in London. He had his medical exactly two weeks ago at Kingsbridge but it wasn t sent to the embassy on time for the interview. My husband was given a 221g form that had the medical examination box checked. They took his passport and they told him he will be approved once they get his medical results. Husband called Kingsbridge and they said that they were sending it out today and it would be at the embassy tomorrow. Has this happened anyone else? I m hoping it doesn t take forever to check in to his case again. OH YEAH, another huge thing that has been stressing me out... my husband admitted to taking drugs in the past years and years ago... he took a urine drug test and it came back negative but diluted so they did a blood drug test which was negative too (blood test prob the reason why it took so long) the doctor said he should be fine but I m worried that they will see this and he won t even have the chance to explain it since the interview has already been done. It was in his medical records so he had to tell them about it... does anyone have experience with this? I m going crazy worrying, I can barely sleep and I want it over. I miss my boo!! Lol any advice or input would be greatly appreciated

Hi all, My husband is to receive his AP/EAD card within the week as we are waiting for our green card interview to be scheduled so he can travel and work. In the meantime, we are looking ahead, (because when are you not in this process?) Is the below process correct?
