US Immigration from Czech Republic

The issue is. According to financial aid.gov, you are eligible under non-citizen if you have a i-94 that says paroled for a year and if you are in US with intention to become Permanent resident or USC. Combo card is an advanced paroled document and should be enough to determine eligibility along with 485 s i797. I honestly don t want to travel during covid19, risk my life and make a re-entry just get i-94 that says parolee. So the Question is, has there anybody else got approved financial aid on pending aos since on the combo card it says serves as I-512 Advance Parole ?

I will receive my EAD shorty and I was looking at job at Starbucks since they will pay your tuition - but without first applying the Fafsa they won t pay your tuition. That is why I am trying to find a ways if I am even eligible or not.

Btw on their website it also says
To qualify for federal student aid, certain eligible noncitizens must be able to provide evidence from the USCIS that they are in the United States for other than a temporary purpose with the intention of becoming a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. (As showed in the pictures)

I am filling the form I-944 and have a question about the health insurance. I am from the Czech Republic & have travel insurance for a year which should cover any healthcare expenses here in the US. Can I submit this insurance proof as a evidence for the I-944 form or does it have to be a insurance from the US? (Since in my czech insurance there is no deductibles ot out of pocket etc. and it should cover everything)

Btw. I am also confused on the assets questions. Since my spouse (US citizen) has income about 125% above the poverty guidelines, do we still have to include assets, bank account statements etc?

My fiance and I want to get married this year and because of our school/work schedules and the pandemic, we dont have too many options. I would like to visit him for the summer (either the travel ban will be lifted by then or I'd quarantine somewhere and then go), we would get married there and I'd go back home. My problem is, I'd like to stay for about 2 months (I'm a student, so I only need to be back in september), but we'd like to get married and start the immigration process asap. We've been together for 3 years, long-distance the entire time.

Is it legal for him to send out the I-130 petition while I am still in the states on esta, when I would definitelly go back home later in the summer? Eg. I'd arrive at the beginning of July, we'd get married within a week, send the petition mid July and I'd go back home late August?

Hi, I have a kind of complicated question and I don't think I placed it in the right section, but I haven't found anything more suitable, so I will try it.

I live in Florida on J1 visa and I have a fiance in Slovakia. I wanted my fiance to come to america and there is a J2 visa for spouses I thought I can get her. The thing is - I am from Czech, she is from Slovakia, we are both women, and we want to live in the USA.
1) Can we marry in Czech/Slovakia and still get a J2 or do we have to marry in america?
2) During COVID is there any chance to get visas? Or would that all have to wait when the borders are open again?
