US Immigration from Capo Verde Islands

My green card was sent back to the USCIS because the insufficient address. but I'm 100% sure my address was correct and i have a name on mailbox.

its hard to get that card back because I don't have a number to contact them.

what should I do???

My husband s documents got approved on Jan 4th and we are still waiting for an interview date .is this normal? I thought it would take a couple of months to schedule it. We started this visa journey in July 2021. It s about to be two years and I am desperate.

Final question and there is nothing I can do to speed the process?

I feel like such an idiot for asking this question and potentially messing up my husbands documents for this.

My husband and I got married in 2021. I am the petitioner (U.S citizen) and he is the beneficiary. He is not from the U.S and has never entered the U.S (doesn t have a SSN). I was in such a rush this year completing my taxes trying to avoid the penalty that I filed as single instead of one of the married options. I did this b/c he doesn t have a SSN and I assumed my marriage is not considered real as of now to the U.S gov.

Our CR1 visa application was sent to the NVC and I know i ll have to submit my taxes. Will this affect us? And if so, what can i do?

I am very new to this forum, just found it. Thanks God.I have some questions that I need help with. I am an unmarried daughter of LPR mother. My petition justgot approved, I am waiting for the next step but I want to be as ready as possible. My 3 kids qualify as derivatives beneficiaries however I will not want the kids to travel with me.

1- Is it true that I have until a year to have the kids as follow to join?

2- Is the form to fill for this?

3- Do I list the kids on the AOS if they are not coming with me?

4- Do I need a sponsor for them to submit the AOS as the same time as mine?

5- Do I need to submit their docs as the same time as me?

6-Within the year period will I have to file an I-30 for them because they were not listed on my I-30?
