My fiance current lives with his parents but after I get my visa he will move out and we will both live together.

My question is, for my K1 visa interview, what household size do we have to consider for the poverty guidelines?

4 since he lives with his parents now, although none of them depend on him, or only 2?

I looked on the government website to see if if the consulate were currentlyconducting interviews but when i entered Rio De Janeiro, it came up with 99999 days which has been the case fir quite some time now. Does anyone have knowledge if Rio is currently scheduling K1 interviews at the moment? And if so, what is the timeframe?

Hello everyone it s all over the news not too long ago (about 3 hours) that a CDC representative said that 6 vaccines approved by WHO/FDA will make to the list of approved covid vaccines. Well WHO approved 7 vaccines so that means one is out of the list.

A CDC spokeswoman told Reuters Friday, "Six vaccines that are FDA authorized/approved or listed for emergency use by WHO will meet the criteria for travel to the U.S."

So I think it s quite safe to assume Sinovac won t be accepted because its efficacy (50%). I took the Sinovac vaccine and I probably won t be able to go before the restrictions start. If the possibility of taking another one in my country is low (they refuse to give another one for people who are fully vaccinated already, which is my case with Sinovac). Is there anything else I can do to be able to travel?

I-485

I-765
everything they require and maybe for I-131.

My problem is that right now I m living in Arizona with my husband but his work is sending him to Georgia, my stay here as a visitor is until November 15th and we will be staying at his parents (from November 13th to December 6th) until the apartment is ready (December 6th). I don t know what address I should put in the files. Please help me. Thank you!!

Hello, I got my k1 visa packet but the glue wasn't strong enough and one of the sides is opened. The seal is intact tho. I emailed the consulate but it takes them a while to reply. I'm probably gonna have to send it back so they can fix it. My question is do I have to send everything back? Including both of my passports (An old one with my B1 visa and a new one with k1 visa)? Or just the one with the k1 visa will do.
