US Immigration from Brazil

I looked on the government website to see if if the consulate were currentlyconducting interviews but when i entered Rio De Janeiro, it came up with 99999 days which has been the case fir quite some time now. Does anyone have knowledge if Rio is currently scheduling K1 interviews at the moment? And if so, what is the timeframe?

Hello everyone it s all over the news not too long ago (about 3 hours) that a CDC representative said that 6 vaccines approved by WHO/FDA will make to the list of approved covid vaccines. Well WHO approved 7 vaccines so that means one is out of the list.

A CDC spokeswoman told Reuters Friday, "Six vaccines that are FDA authorized/approved or listed for emergency use by WHO will meet the criteria for travel to the U.S."

So I think it s quite safe to assume Sinovac won t be accepted because its efficacy (50%). I took the Sinovac vaccine and I probably won t be able to go before the restrictions start. If the possibility of taking another one in my country is low (they refuse to give another one for people who are fully vaccinated already, which is my case with Sinovac). Is there anything else I can do to be able to travel?

everything they require and maybe for I-131.

My problem is that right now I m living in Arizona with my husband but his work is sending him to Georgia, my stay here as a visitor is until November 15th and we will be staying at his parents (from November 13th to December 6th) until the apartment is ready (December 6th). I don t know what address I should put in the files. Please help me. Thank you!!

Hello, I got my k1 visa packet but the glue wasn't strong enough and one of the sides is opened. The seal is intact tho. I emailed the consulate but it takes them a while to reply. I'm probably gonna have to send it back so they can fix it. My question is do I have to send everything back? Including both of my passports (An old one with my B1 visa and a new one with k1 visa)? Or just the one with the k1 visa will do.

Good morning, everyone would like information to help a girl who is going through the K1 process and is desperate Here in Brazil people are going to the interview pending a medical examination due to the large amount of delay that was due to the pandemic, what happens and that here in Brazil we have the possibility of going to the interview before taking the exams and medical consultation, or there are those who get a date and go to the consultation first and then the interview. the point is that there was a girl that the interview was all right, it was approved and the consul said that now it was just a matter of waiting for the medical exam to arrive at the consulate, that is, she did the exam and consultation doctor on september 6th her interview was on the 16th and the exams only arrived at the consulate on september 23 everything was fine but yesterday she informed that she received a letter at home along with the passport communicating that her visa had been denied. she has never done anything illegal in the US according to her and she also has a tourist visa and is still active. so I came here to make this report for q can you tell me if this has ever happened to anyone and if there is a solution
