Interpreter signature & Housing for ROC

2 questions.

1. Does USCIS require all signatures, including those of any interpreters, to be "wet" signatures? That is, physically signed on the paper form you send them? Or is an electronic one ok, so long as it is the person's signature?

2. My wife, son, and I have been living with a relative for a while due to issues with my job. We don't pay rent nor do we have a rental agreement signed. The instructions for ROC ask for a rental agreement with both our names. Will this be a problem? We do have multiple bank accounts and a medical insurance policy in both our names as well as our son's birth certificate with both our names.

My mother recently had her IR5 visa approved. Shes not ready to fully move to the US yet, however due to a personal circumstance I kind of need her here in the next couple of weeks. She has a B1 (tourist visa) and a IR5 visa which I just mentioned. Is she allowed to visit the US and then leave after a few days? Or is the IR5 visa one-entry only? If I have her "visit" here, send the paperwork for her green card, will she only be able to leave the US when she receives the notice (which can take a few weeks)?

Thank you!

Hi, I filed my form i-751 on Nov 18 2022, and still haven't received the form i-797 or had the payment process in my bank account. I was planning on visiting my family for New Years, and I can't leave the country without the NOA. Is anyone else experiencing delays on receiving the letter? It seems like most people that submitted in November already received their NOA.

Here is my parents' timeline for their citizenship process. I am so surprised that they got an interview notice within two months after applying.

November 8, 2022 - N-400 filed (paper application)

November 9, 2022 - N-400 Receipt Notice

November 19, 2022 - Biometric Notice Receipt

December 07,202 - Biometric Appointment

December 09, 2022 N-400 Interview Scheduled (Jan 18, 2023)

I was glad to see that both interviews were scheduled for the same day and time, since I will translating for both of them. Yayyy!
