US Immigration from Brazil

Hi, wondering what's the best approach.

Im in a certified Brazilian stable union, not married, to a Brazilian national.

Im a US citizen.

She tried to apply for a tourist visa and it was denied. We want to move to the U.S.
is the K1 fianc visa the best approach for us? or should we convert this stable union in Brazil to a marriage and then apply for her green card?
is the stable union document we have already good enough doc?

Hey everyone, got my oath ceremony scheduled but the document says for me to bring any documents I ve received from them. I have my GC but I cannot find my EAD anywhere. How much in trouble am I? Thanks in advance!

So a while ago I went to the DMV to get a drivers license and they searched my GC up and it came out as a k1 holder or something? It wasn t clear what they said but they told me my status was wrong or hasn t been updated by the department of homeland security. I was wondering if I still can travel abroad since I have my GC (conditional) and it s a prof I ve been through the whole process and if stuff isn t updated is not my fault or I have to try to fix it first? Would I have any problem with immigration returning to the US? Thank you.

My partner and I are filing for a divorce and need to cancel the i130 petition. It is still in the processing phase, didn't go to nvc or anything, but it was filed online.

i only find instructions about sending a letter to the NVC. Is there an easier way?

we are on the NVC stage, and it took us a little longer than planned. we felt out all the required info online and had to submit the financial documents. While we were waiting name of the applicant was changed. But the form online where we suppose to fill out the info seem not to be available, basically, can t go back. What is the best way to go about it?
