Can someone please help me with this situation? My husband applied the ir1 visa for me and an IR2 visa for my two kids, but I will will need a 601 waiver. The problem is that my kids they can t to come to the US without me because they are children and one of them has severe depression and cannot live without me. He is emocional dependent of me. We all know that after his visa is approved, he only has six months to enter the country. How does USCIS work in this case to only allow my stepchildren to enter the country at the same time as me? I see that two children alone in such a change is very radical and almost cruel. Is it possible to put their visas on hold? Something like that? Please, no offense or disrespect, this is a delicate situation that involves children. Respect!

Hello, I applied for an IR1 visa on 03/31/23, and I was DQ'd on 05/06/24. Does anyone know how much longer I will have to wait to have my interview scheduled in Rio de Janeiro?

So I am planning on traveling abroad in November/December but by then my condition green card is going to expire in 4/3 months (March). It is ok to travel internationally like that? Its it worth applying to get a Global Entry or that's going to be certainly denied?

I have a few questions about the extension on the conditional GC. - Once you fill out and send the form I-751 do you get the extension automatically? Or you have to wait until you get a letter from USCI? (In case I need to show proof of legal status).
- How long does it take for you to get the letter?
- Can you travel with your conditional GC when the paperwork has been already sent, but the GC hasn't expired yet? Is the GC still valid even when you already sent the form is my question.
- Do I need extra paperwork to travel internationally?

I was married to a US citizen in Brazil in 2012 and I move to US in 2014. I received my permanent resident in 2017 and We divorce in 2018 after 1 year of separation from so much issues. between us I later re-married in 2018 and filed for my citizenship in 2019. I was invited for citizenship test in 2021 in Newark NJ which I passed but the interviewer said decision can't be made. I made a change of address after I moved to Maryland and It as been over 4 years but still waiting. I have also made several calls and also seek help from the Senate here in Maryland but they could not help either. I also filed for my family over 2 years but still no update on theirs too. Although i have travel 4 times, I only spent not more than 3 weeks in each travels. I need advise can someone please on what I can do please help me .
