    Does the letter with instructions specifically say the original I-134 Affidavit of support? Each country is different so if the instructions say original, you’d want the signed original mailed to you, for this one (after the petitioner scans/copies it, so you have a copy).

    I looked through the instruction packet, and it seems like you would mark "no" because you are not filing on behalf of a new beneficiary. However, if I were you, I'd give their customer service line a call to clarify. Their toll free number is 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833) and hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern.
