I agree with you all. I did miss that part and I didn't research it well enough. I thought since I can't work, there is no need to get one but I see my mistake now. I guess I do not have to change anything on the forms and go tomorrow to get me a SSN. You are all right, I just realized my mistake now.... 😞

Yes it does, I wasn't sure about SSN so I thought I will just get one when I send for AOS. I guess it is what it is now, I would have to redo forms now, it will delay me because I plan on sending everything next week.

How long does it take to receive SSN after sending documents? Do you maybe know how soon would a person be able to apply for drivers license too?

When it comes to filing petition. Do I send form I-485, I765 and I-864 together to the same location? Since I will be sending it from Alabama it will be going to USCIS Attn: AOS P.O. Box 20500 Phoenix, AZ 85036-0500 Right? I am doing the cover letter for form I-765 and I put this address there and the payment of $410.

Hey friend, I have one more question. On I-485 page 13. part 8. section 61. it says: 61. Are you subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility under INA section 212(a)(4)? What should be the answer here? Yes or no?

Thank you very much. I do have a wet signature letter of intent to marry scanned, hopefully it will be okay. My embassy it the Packet 3 hasn't mentioned anything about I-134, just basic documents that are needed.
