    It went good but did not get approved because the lawyer did not file a waiver. He got grilled though.

    CR1 case DQ September 14,2023. Anyone know the wait time for getting an interview in Barbados? I didn't expect our case to be DQ so quickly documents was submitted on September 7, 2023. I'm trying to plan according so that I can be with my hubby for his interview.

    Same here. When I pull up my case there is not even a time frame listed. Hope to get an approval soon.

    Hi guys, my case is under its 2nd actively reviewing with two months left. I checked the case this afternoon it's saying the case is taking longer than expected to process with no time frame. Has anyone ever seen this? I'm so exhausted 😩 with this process but I know this is just the tip of the iceberg.

    I filed in June. Timer went 0, then to processing will take longer than excepted, then went to 4 more months. This whole processes is really exhausting 😖

    Hi everyone. Earlier this month the 6 month count down for a decision on my i130 expired with a note stating it would take longer to make a determination. This evening I checked again now its saying it will take 4 months until a decision. Praying that its sooner rather than later. Has anyone received any updates? I read on here the 2nd time case status states case is being reviewed is when USCIS is actually reviewing the case.
