  1. Hi!! Just sharing my experience getting my police record. I did my fingerprints in Montreal November 22nd and i received it on November 30th. It was pretty quick. I need an opinion. On the part where it says "Other (provide details)", it's written in french, it says "Autre (donner détails)". I wonder, since i live in a french province, if they automatically put in french. Since the police certificate is in english and french, i don't think it will be a problem. But now i'm second guessing, and wonder if it will create a problem and ask me to translate it. Do you guys think it will be an issue ?
  2. Hello, I need an opinion. I received my police certificate this week. It's the same as shown in the picture as an example, but the only problem is the part where it says "Other (provide details)", it's in french, it says "Autre (donner détails)". I live in Montreal, so i wonder if they automatically put in french. But it's weird because the agency i went for the fingerprint, knew i needed the certificate for the US, K1 visa. Since the police certificate in english and french, i wonder if that part that is in french, would be a problem and if they will ask me to translate it.
  3. Hii!! I'm new here. We sent our I-129F on October 2021 but we wanted to prepare ourself in advance so we would not rush at the last minute. And part 3 item 15 is very confusing haha. So i just wanted to clarify that question, if i understood correctly, my fiance can't add his salary on that question ? What if we only want to add his annual income and not assets ? Because i think with his salary alone, we should be fine. I'm the beneficiary but my fiance will fill out the form as the petitioner providing for the beneficiary. Thank you in advance!!
