    That sounds good because I’ve noticed they actually Get to your NOA 2 when they email you “under active review” I also spoke with the tier 1 agent yesterday and I specifically asked about why will you guys say 45 days To get a NOA 2 but people are going past 45 days without a notice and she said the 45 days is not guaranteed anymore because of so much backlog so when they say 45 days It’s in the order it was received nowadays

    You can try. But did it say 45 days? . Because I think Them saying under active review is better than the 45 days generic email I submitted my inquiry through the tier 1 agent hoping that will be better than doing it online myself
