At the very least; express was a waste of money. At the very most; I may be getting the whole submission back. I have read here where so many others have done this so I thought I would give it a shot. If it comes back I will use snail mail.

Don't worry - this is totally routine - happened to me, happened to others. No one was there to sign for it and they will tomorrow. It's ok!

Welcome to this journey!!! My fiance is from TExas too. As far as I know, he used the express mail to deliver our I-129F to TSC. He mailed it on October 7 and since it is a Saturday so the packet reached TSC on October 11. In your case, maybe no one was there to sign and received it but on the next attempt it will be ok...That happened to my friend too..Take note, that after TSC receives your I-129F it will be forwarded to CSC because TSC doens't process K1. All NOA1 (petitions submitted @ TSC) is issued by CSC, just like ours...God bless!!!

Same thing happened to me. I called the post office. It is normal, don't worry. She explained that most likely there is not enough room in a P.O. Box for all the petitions that arrive on a daily basis. When the notices of delivery are picked up by a TSC representative, he/she will take them to the counter and pick up the envelopes.

Thanks, I hope so. I been through this once before in 2004. However, my fiancee(at the time) and I decided that it was best for us not to get married. She wanted to stay working in japan and i got cold feet. It worked out perfect. Ironically, her and i are the best of friends to this day. She has since remarried; and her husband and i get along great. The only problem is, i can't get my current fiancee to understand that.

I would like for this process to go as smooth as the one before. It's to bad that I am stresing already on the first day.

Yes, going through this journey is very stressful and frustrating but the waiting is worthy since the prize for this is to be with our beloved FOREVER!!
