I was thinking that Claudeth had to give the embassy several photos too. She is at work right now so I can't ask her.

Hi folks,I am new here & would like some advice.

Our Petition has been excepted for a K-1 Visa and it will be a couple of months before it will be sent to manila NOA2 , yesterday I was looking at the Petition & noticed on the I 129F my fiancee`s 13 yr old sons bithdate ( he is not a party to the Petition ) was wrong . Also on the G235A , I think I might have not signed it.

What should I do ? or can do ?, we are NOA1 waiting for NOA2

contact them now before it goes to manila ( some kind of form to use or hand written letter ),

waite 2 see if they find it & notify me ( delay`s )

waite until it gets to manila & have Fiancee give them a letter with the corrections, if asked.

have fiancee give to the interviewer along with her folder & explain the problems ( maybe avoide being put on AR )

should these corrections be Notrized ?

other ??

thanks for your replys

lar

Is this gonna be a hindrance to my approval for visa?? might i experienced AR with this?? im talking this with my fiance bcos ive noticed this after he send me copies of his files sent to NVC. for me to bring along to the interview. only the error were into I-129F but in G325 doesnt notice of birthdate there.

Altho my finace sent with his petition all the copied docs ive sent to him, i dont know why they dont even noticed the errors.

Check out this link for The Filipino Channel for Direct TV

I just ordered it this morning. They say we can expect installation within the next 10 days. I'll post Marlene's opinion once we have it working. Does anyone else have this? Do you like it?

This thread is awsome. I printed the medical, interview, and CFO info and mailed it to my Fiancee. Her medical is March 30. She is going ahead of me for the medical. I will join her for the interview. She has never flown before and is a little nervous. I told her there is a good chance that she will not be the only one on the airplane who is going to Manila for a visa. She wants me to quiz her on my biography I printed out for her. I will refrain from asking her favorite color or the airspeed of an unladen swallow. She has not seen Monty Python.

I just thought I'd share that we found out that Direct TV offers Philippine channels.

The installer came out to our house this week and installed the equipment. (Free installation and equipment including 1 receiver and two dishes -- the international channels require a different dish)

The whole thing costs us about $33/mo

We get TFC, ANC, Cinema1, and Pinoy Central plus 2 radio stations

If you get it through http://www.filipinotvchannel.com/ they offer some nice extras too:

20 minutes of phone calls to the Philippines each month free

FREE monthly issue of Star Studio Magazine from The Filipino Channel

I think Claudeth took about 10 of the passport style photos. I know she gave some to St. Lukes but don't remember if she had to give some to the embassy. I would guess she did but that is only a guess.

Looks like the fantastic prices on name-brand items may be a thing of the past at Greenhills Mall in Manila

Yikes!!!!

http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/storypage.aspx?StoryId=32880

I always thought those items must have been counterfeit, but looks like they were so inexpesive because they hadn't paid the customs duty.
