what did u applied? if u apply for I-130 and your case was approved and sent to NVC, u have to complete the papers first at the NVC before they will send it to manila.

uscis approve - u will received i797 notice of action

noa approval2 - uscis approved your i-130 route

uscis sent ur petition to nvc and u may call after a week or 2 (bussiness days ) 603 334-0700). ( press 1,1 and 1 and key in ur uscis case for example wac its press 4 and then the 13 digit no. so u can be advise about ur MANILA CASE usually it will be MNL2008******

NVC request petitioner to pay fee bill and ds23o forms

when they received payment, they will send the actual i864 forms ( make sure to ready ur w2s, cert of employment, pay stubs within the past 3 years prior to the petition so thats 2005,2006,2007 u may call now IRS to request one for tax transcripts)

nvc receives the i864 and pass the poverty guideline they will send the ds230 checklist

make sure to ready your wife/husbands NSO BIRTH certificated, marriage contract, nbi clearance, and police clearnace, visa photos with white background 6-10 pcs at least make sure to write the full name, the visa type, case no

after further review case complete

help this helps a bit ...goodluck :star:

hello..

I don't have much knowledge yet in I-130 routine, but all I know is NVC will send u a letter of what steps are u going to do.

or u can call the NVC so u can inquire about that. http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html

wait for the others replies. they might tell u what to do

goodluck!
