Hi All,

I feel pretty stupid and embarrassed, but I did my medical in Galway and passed it no problems, I got the x-ray, blood tests etc and I got the results sealed in the brown envelope.

However I lost / Misplaced it and generally cannot find it. I live and work in dublin and I am really busy... is it possible for me to do another medical in Dublin.... or do I have to go back to Galway......

Does the Embassy care where or how many medicals I do ? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Are you talking about the DS-3025 they give you from the medical?

Not sure what DS-3025, basically it's the step after getting NOA 2, it's where the embassy in dublin sends me a '' packet 3'' where it contains instructions to fill out forms , get police certs, birth certs etc and do a medical and then let them know you have everything and you are ready for an interview.

I did the medical and I get the x-ray and an envelope with the results of the medical which is sealed. I lost this envelope... so my question is ... can i take another medical ?
