Sigh - so many piddly questions from me today :)

#16 - eligibility...when I read the instructions.....do i classify myself as (a)(6).....................or ©(9) ? I think c9 myself (and according to the guides, but wanted to be sure since a6 seemed right initially.

I came in on a K1 and we were married a week ago

Wiz(USC) and Udella(Cdn & USC!)

Naturalization

02/22/11 - Filed

02/28/11 - NOA

03/28/11 - FP

06/17/11 - status change - scheduled for interview

06/20?/11 - received physical interview letter

07/13/11 - Interview in Fairfax,VA - easiest 10 minutes of my life

07/19/11 - Oath ceremony in Fairfax, VA

12/1/09 - received at VSC

12/2/09 - NOA's for self and daughter

01/12/10 - Biometrics completed

03/15/10 - 10 Green Card Received - self and daughter

For application along with AOS, use C 9. The A 6 is for getting an EAD that will expire along with your I-94, is not included in the fee for AOS, and won't be issued before it expires.

05/02/2007 Driver's License - Passed Road Test!

05/27/2008 Lifting of Conditions sent (TSC > VSC)

06/03/2008 Check Cleared

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail
