Hi Everyone,

I have been looking at this forum for a bit now. My fiancee and I are about 75 days deep into waiting for NOA2fr our K1, My question is, I have noticed a few people mentioning writing letters to their senators and congressmen and I just wondered if this helped at all or what the point was? I had thought about it myself even though I wasnt sure if it would make any difference. Good Luck to everyone and I just have to say that it is awsome to have some place filled with people who have been or are going through this same long and ridculious process!!!!!!!!

Not everyone's journey is a smooth approval. Some people don't hear in six months, or recieve requests for documentation already provided, return information and wait months to hear back again. Letters to senators and congress people are to request help in getting service from USCIS, and some people write in support to press for change.

At 75 days, no difference. Letters will only will only help you if you get past 6 months of waiting. Current wait times are about 4-5 months.
