Hey y'all,

Since most of us cannot yet vote, and brother Steven's post on Tancredo got me thinking (which I admit hurts on a Saturday morning) on a funny one. How about you post your favorite fiction character (movies or books) and nominate her/him/it for President?????????????????? conditions are:

1. Character cannot be a politiko in the book/movie.

2. You can also appoint a 1st lady/1st dude from other movie.

3. Give us a reason.... any reason -- let's have some fun!

That said, my nomination goes to Hannibal Lecter and Clarise Starling. why??? The guy is a wacko and knows it, makes no apologies for doing all the shite he does, and has excellent taste in clothes, hand cream and women. She is kind of a sidekick but hey! she is smart and looks the part, decorated agent blah blah blah, is in love with a psycho, knows it, and , if you read the novels, is happily dancing somewhere after eating well.... err..... you know (that part kinda gross, but hey!)
