Fluent German Speakers -

My finace is German and she speaks English well but is kind of confused by the whole K-1 process. Anyone want to give a brief description of what is going to happen.....in German? We would both be very thankful!

Good luck to All!!!!

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Yes, tell her to go through the guides here, they pretty much answer all questions and if there is something specific that she needs detailed info on, let me know, I will explain in German, not a problem at all. But giving even a brief description of the whole K1 process without knowing what her concern is, would really be a lot to write down.
