New Year's Resolution

I don't believe in New Years resolutions, nor do I believe in consuming eggnog. It is so freaking nasty.

However, if I were to make resolution in 2008, it would be that I resolve to get married to my fiance! I KNOW I can follow through on that one!

I resolve to have better health and cook at home more. I am looking at a vegan lifestyle. There are over 3,000 delicious recipes.

Are you currently vegetarian and trying to give up dairy?

I am lactose intolerant and have been macrobiotic as a child and young adult.
