Hi!

My wife (USC) is my sponsor. She however has no income (stay-home mom). That means I (as the intending immigrant) have the only income in the household (which is well enough). We have no other sponsors.

Is that possible to qualify for the income requirements?

Thabks in advance for your help?

Stevie

Yes, the source of income will continue. I submitted a letter form my employer confirming that.

I am worried because I received a request for initial evidence asking for the sponsor's (my wife's) tax documentation which I completely submitted in the original I-485 / 864. We are filing jointly and my wife has no income. So there is no seperate tax documentation.
