A couple of K1 visa questions

Ok, a couple questions, has anyone checked yes on question 19 of form I-129F and used Cherry Blossoms? Has this caused a delay, since they don't seem to be compliant with IMBRA, and deny being a IMB? Also, is it a good idea to include my finacee's birth cert with the I-129F fiancee visa application?? Thanks -Oregon

Cherry Blossoms gives some incorrect information on what to submit. They had my buddy submit a I-134 for the original K1 submission when there is no need to do so until the interview.

Don't know what he put on 19. Submit a copy of her BC.

I sent both the birth cert with translation and a copy of his passport with initial submission. At the time several VJ members were getting RFE's for the beneficiaries Birth cert. you just never know with the government. Good luck.
