I need advise about fiance ITR!!!!!!!!

hello guys im worried because my fiance's ITR shows very low income is it possible that my visa will deny because of his Low income???? if not what would be the supporting evidence??? his self employed he said he fix his income to be low, is this could be a problem during my interview???? please enlighten me!!!! thanks so much!

Hi. He would need a co-sponsor. The co-sponsor would also fill out the I-134 and send supporting evidence. Together they have to meet the 125% poverty level. This has to include everyone in the household such as children and/or spouses. Please look at the guides and example forms for a better example. I hope this helps and best of luck to you.

08-12-2009 Visa in hand

09-05-2009 Arrived in U.S. (POE JFK)
