The medical record is already at USCIS, the POE at JFK sent it to them.

For K-Visas all you need is to get is the vaccination record transfered to a supplement by the civil surgeon not a full medical, if visa medical is less than a year ago.

If you don't have a vaccination record, you will need to get vaccinated for:

  • Mumps, Measles, Rubella or MMR
  • Tetanus and diptheria toxoids
  • Varicella

The civil surgeon transfered my wifes shot record from her vaccination book to a supplement for $35 after I insisted that all we needed was the I-693A supplement per I-485 directions. (I showed him page 3 and pointed out paragraph 8)

8. Fiancé(e)s.

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.
