Dear friends here,

I searched here in VJ's about civil surgeons and no civil surgeons in my area but they gave lists of civil surgeons i don't know is it ok to go this lists? what is the difference? my zip code is 14623 and here is the link https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.summary

After filing my SSN where i can get a state i d? is the SSN only the requirements needed for filing this i d?

Pls help and hope you will not be tired of helping me for our papers :help: and to my quirries..

You may have to drive a few miles, but it is what it is. Try to find a Civil Surgeon who understands your spouse does not need another pshyical, but only needs vaccinations and vaccination confirmation. Ask what they charge, it shouldn't be more then 20-30 bucks. I got my wife's done in portland for 5 dollars.

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

you can use any USCIS approved Civil Surgeon.

Cost us about $400 to do the I-169as. $22 each for wife and daughter and remainder for ferry ride to another island and car rental to get to the closest DCS!
