Really Freaked Out!!!!

Hey peeps...Im doing an open house right now for one of the agents in my office. I'm not going to get into details, but from what I'm told, the HO is a convicted criminal for a really bad crime. But he did his time n all that jazz.

It has been arranged that he wouldn't be here for the open house.

I pull up to the house, and I hear the tv blaring. So I ring the bell and wait. I stay outside for like 15 mins, no answer. I call the listing agent to confirm that the HO was told not to be here. She didn't ans, so in the house I went.

All the windows are covered w blackout curtains. Its pitch black n all the interior doors are closed. The house has some strange fetid odor. TV's blaring on high n I'm totally terrified! It feels like I'm in some horror movie!!!!

HO was not there, but my heart was in my throat whilst opening each door.

I'm sitting outside the house on a plastic porch chair.

And just as I type this on my treo, the HO just pulled up on a bicycle!!!! He's sitting next to me on the porch smoking a cig that he's holding with a staightened out paper clip.

I want to vomit.

In the few mins he was sitting here, he was telling me about his childhood, his mother, and then his woman problems.

Seriously, be careful. I also go into houses, and 80% of my business is occupied buildings. I have seen some really strange things.

Well, he just came outside, shirt open, hair out of his ponytail all open and flowy. He was goin to the store to get a paper. I said 'well, I'm here until 4 so anytime after then wld be great to come back.' He said 'well I don't have any family or friends so I have nowhere to go.' Me: 'the thing is, many buyers feel uncomfortable viewing a home when the HO is there.' Him: 'well if anyone comes by, I'll go across the street.'

And here he is! Just pulled up. Damn I type slow on this

now he's tellin me how Jesus doesn't exist!
