I am counting dates to submit I-751.The follwing suportive documents is enough or I miss some important supportive documents?

I am enclosing the following:

· Form I 751

· Filing and biometrics fee $ 545

· Copy of front and back permanent residence card.

· Copy of NC driving license showing joint occupancy at our apartment.

· Copy of our daughter birth certificate.

· My birth certificate.

· Pictures.

· Letter from lease office showing that we are living the same address.

· Copy of 12 months residential lease for our apartment covering period from 6/1/2006 till 6/30/2007 & 7/1/2007 till 6/30/2008.

· Copy of our joint tax return for 2005 & 2006.

· Copy of joint checking, saving account & void check from State employee’s credit union bank.

· Copy of our visa credit card showing a joint account.

· Copy of visa credit statement showing joint account.

· Copy of checking account statement from Wachovia bank showing joint account.

· Copy of AT & T and Bell South bill statement showing joint name on the address.

· Copy of Duke Energy bill statement showing joint name on the address.

· Copy of Sprint bill statement showing joint name on the address.

· Copy of Honda Financial service bill statement showing joint name on the address.

· Copy of Wavelength bill statement showing joint name on the address.

· Copy of the title for our car showing joint ownership.

· Copy of our joint Nation wide Car Insurance policy.

· Copy of Orange County tax collector –RMV bill statement showing joint name on the address.

· Copy of Life Insurance of my wife showing my name as beneficiary.

· Copy of my 2005, 2006 Retirement statement showing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of my wife 2005,2006 Retirement statement showing my name as beneficiary.

· Affidative written by three people attesting to our relationship & marriage.

· Copy of our delta airlines reservation & boarding pass.

You list looks great and seems very comprehensive. But why would you submit your birth certificate? It doesn't proof anything regarding your marriage.... leave it out.

(Oct 09, 2007: called USCIS: service request sent to TSC)

Jan 31, 2008: case transferred to VSC (last touch date changed from 04/07/07 to 02/01/08)

Feb 01, 2008: touch

Feb 04, 2008: touch

(Feb 05, 2008: infopass appointment)

Feb 07, 2008: transfer notice dated Feb 01, 08

Feb 13, 2008: touch (Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.)

Apr 11, 2008: approval email! (only took 1 year, 34 days!)

Apr 13, 2008: 2 more approval emails

Apr 16, 2008: email notice: "Approval notice sent"

Apr 18, 2008: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!! card received!

Mine I didn't send the tax transcripts from the IRS, I only made a copy of our tax return. I got my 10 years Green Card June 2007, but never received the Approval notice. I haven't called them that I didn't received the Approval notice since I already received my 10 yrs Green Card. I hope its okay though.

Mine I didn't send the tax transcripts from the IRS, I only made a copy of our tax return. I got my 10 years Green Card June 2007, but never received the Approval notice. I haven't called them that I didn't received the Approval notice since I already received my 10 yrs Green Card. I hope its okay though.

erm, the 10 year card is your approval notice. :)
