Hi folks,

Just wanted to run down the list of evidence that we plan to provide to lifet the conditions on my husband's greencard:

Copies of Verizon Bill (copies covering each quarter, starting 3/2006 to present)

Copy of Statement of Payments for Electric Bill (1/2006 to present), as well as copies of entire bills from the last 2 months

Copies of Cable/Internet Bill (copies covering each quarter, starting 3/2006 to present)

Copies of Vonage Bill (copies covering each quarter, starting 3/2006 to present)

Copy of Renters' Insurace Policy (2006/2007)

Copy of Auto Insurance (2007)

Copy of Truck Purchase- Loan Documents, Transaction Documents, Vehicle Registration

Statements from Joint Account (copies covering each quarter, starting 3/2006 to present)

401K Beneficiary Application/Letter

Life Insurance Beneficiary/Letter

Health/Dental/Vision Benefits Application/Letter

Copies of Health Insurance Cards

2 Sworn/Notarized Affidavits from Friends

One Letter from Family Friend

Pictures

Copies of itinerary from trip to Ireland in Summer 2006

Copy of Bed and Breakfast reservations from Summer 2007 vacation

Copy of reservations for trip to Ireland December 2007

Is there anything obvious that I'm missing? I feel like I'm forgetting things!

Also, I've seen pros/cons for submitting evidence from before you received you 2 yr greencard. Thoughts? Is it necessary?

Thank you so much!

2-Joint tax return

We have the lease agreement, we've been on a month to month for almost a year and a half now. And it's funny, I had the joint tax returns listed, but forgot to post them.

I'm having some trouble getting all of the bills from Verizon. They want to charge me $5 per reprint! Do you think I'll be okay if I submit one from June 2006, then several from 2007? Or should I pay for the reprints?

Thanks!

You don't have to provide every single bill that you have received. If you have enough other bills, may-be skip Verizon if they want to charge for reprints?... (btw, can't you access it online and just make a printout yourself?)

Regarding bills or statements I have submitted one for each year/every 12 months and the most recent one.

Well, he was granted his conditional residency in March 2006. Therefore, I was going to send in bills from the following months:

March, June, September, and December 2006

March, June, September, and most recent 2007

tweety- with regards to Verizon, I only have online access to bills from the last 6 months.

To all- did anyone send in anything from before they or their spouse was granted residency? Some do, some don't, I'm wondering if it's necessary.

Thanks!

Hi:

What USCIS is looking for is trend stuff ... not every month of every bill required. Just send a single statement from EACH QUARTER for each bill / category and that will be just fine (bank statements, credit card bills, auto insurance, verizon, gas, electric, etc.).

Good luck!
