We allready did the biometrics appointed about 2 weeks ago and they just sent us a letter saying they needed the i-797 NOA on the i-129. what does that mean? we have notices of action that we jsut received once we applied for the green card after we got married, but those said they are for a 1-485 case. do they want some other notice of action? when we were in CHina we never received a single NOA we just immediately got an interview date from the embassy. they arent wanting something from way back then, are they? I called and the USCIS customer service person (who didnt seem to know much at all) said just to send those in but she wouldnt listen to my question or the specifics of our case. If anyone has had anything like this please give me some advice. I am sure many of you all know more about this than the USCIS customer reps. Thank you!

It means when u filed for your fiance visa I-129-F and your petition was approved you must have got that approval letter from uscis that is called I-797 (NOA-2 notice of action2). That is approval record of your fiance petition
