Boarding passes

Hi People :)

So I have one of those scanner/printers and I'm really bored tonight as Nick is out with friends so I'm going to photocopy my boarding passes and passport and stuff as we are filing in a few weeks.

I've taken 5 trips to NJ and I have all the boarding passes minus the return boarding pass from our 3rd visit (I have no idea where it went!)

Should I just photocopy 5 of the departure boarding passes or should I photocopy all 9 that I have (Departure and Return)?

I am planning on putting them on one piece of paper so 5 would be easier then 9.

Also, should I write on the paper (beside the boarding pass) the length of each of the trips?

Of course I'll sign and date the page and Nick will also sign and date it once I mail it to him. :innocent:

Thanks in advance!

~Laura

You have more than enough really. If you want to save a tree, i would recommend that you just copy the last trip or two. You dont really want to overwhelm the adjudicator with evidence so that it takes them a long time to sort through to find the paper they are looking for.

On the copies highlight names and dates. Having your fiancee sign it, is not really necessary.

But for any addtional information, put it on a cover letter. I had a cover letter for the evidence of meeting section of the petition. It had a list describing each piece of evidence I included, and it was organized in the same order as the list, making it easy to find.

Why, thank you very much :)

Ok...well perhaps I'll just do the last couple of visits...Nick also has 3 boarding passes from his trips to Canada...the last time he was here was July.

I'll just highlight names and dates and not worry about him signing it.

Thanks for the cover letter suggestion, I'll follow your example.

Much appreciated,

Laura :)

You know, I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.. Forestry is really the only industry they have there! So, ya know what?! My vote is that you use all the paper you want to!! ;)

I'd include all the evidence you have, but try your best to make it readable. I included a "summary page" with details, that was attached to my photocopies of passport stamps, boarding passes, etc.

With your situation, I doubt you'll have any problems at all. Good luck!!

Thanks Jesse...

I think I will just add in the 5 departing boarding passes and put them all on one page, neatly, organized and I'll highlight the names and dates like Dan + Gemvita said.

I love your summary page idea as well, great tip...Thank you!
